    That being said, it’s no secret that the uglier side of the holidays can run your body through the wringer. Stress, possible jet lag, breaking from your usual routine, lack of exercise, tons of junk food and pressure to binge eat from everyone you talk to. Tally this all up and the results usually come out to be disastrous for your body.
