		<description>Great article here.  I go vegetarian for part of the year, and protein has been a hard thing for me to get during this time.  It&#039;s nice to know there are some combos of food I can make to get all the complete protein that I need.  I&#039;ll have to look into this a little more so I can get a few more combos for variety.  During the rest of the year, I usually supplement my diet with whey protein powder, often in the form of a shake.  Thanks for your recipes.  I get a great protein powder online at &lt;a href=&quot;http://bulkfoodsdirect.com,&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;http://bulkfoodsdirect.com,&lt;/a&gt; and they also have recipes, not only for shakes/smoothies, but also breads and desserts.
