I've been using BioX Xtreme Power Whey Complex for years now and love it! It's a blend so it's not quite as expensive as an isolate but the quality is excellent. Calories range between 120-140 per serving with only 2 grams of sugar. Each serving contains 25 grams of protein. I like this brand because of the very smooth texture, it's not at all chalky and it mixes really well. The chocolate peanut swirl is soooo good! I have a scoop every morning in my oatmeal and sometimes I'll mix it with fat free plain yogurt for a dessert.

Shauna, What are the Whey protein brands you recommend. I have shopped around and found that some brands contain a good bit of sugar. I try to stay away from those. I have tried the EAS brand and like it. I currently use "GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60" (phew, talk about a mouthful!) only becuase the store I went to did not have the EAS brand in stock.
Do you have any specific recommendations?
I want to stay away from anything with sugar and more than 110 calories per serving or so.
