Muscle Building for Big Arms
on Friday, October 2, 2009in Workouts & Exercises
Scouring the internet for the best arm workouts? Here’s a high-level arm exercise that you can add to your muscle building workout. This works both the forearm and bicep and will help give your physique an all-around solid appearance.ZOTTMAN CURLS
1) Curl the dumbbell up as you would doing a normal bicep curl. At the top, the dumbells are turned so that the palms are now facing away from the body.
2) Lower the dumbbell in a reverse curl fashion. As with all curling exercises keep the upper arm still.
Of course any exercise needs to be done in conjunction with a complete training program – one that will effectively train you body to get you the results you need.
