Scouring the internet for the best arm workouts? Here’s a high-level arm exercise that you can add¬†to your muscle building workout.¬† This works both the forearm and bicep and will help give your physique an all-around solid¬†appearance.
1) Curl the dumbbell up as you would doing a normal bicep curl.¬† At the top, the dumbells are turned so that the palms are now facing away from the body.
2)¬† Lower the dumbbell in a reverse curl fashion.¬† As with all curling exercises keep the upper arm still.
