Here is a method of training that I guarantee you haven’t heard of.  This is a style of training that is best used for extreme “bodybuilding”.  Now, when I say extreme “bodybuilding”, I mean it in the true sense of the word….Building a better body to the extreme!  Not just larger muscles, but extreme strength and endurance!! Here’s how its done….

Most people will do work out routines that have 3 sets of 10 reps.

Now there’s nothing wrong with this.  But were talking about going EXTREME!

So here’s what you need to do.  For each of the 3 sets, have a different objective each time…It’s easier if I just show you first, and then explain it second…

    Example:

    Bench presses

    Set no. 1 – 5 reps @ 80kg (Strength Training)

    Set no. 2 – 10 reps @ 50kg (Muscle building)

    Set no. 3 - 20 reps @ 15kg (Endurance)

For each set there is a specific objective in mind, and the weights and reps have been adjusted accordingly.  By doing this you are training all aspects of “bodybuilding” (strength, size and endurance) .

The results you will see will be EXTREME!

    • Completely understand what your stance in this matter. Although I would disagree on some of the finer details, I think you did an awesome job explaining it. Sure beats having to research it on my own. Thanks
