I don’t have enough time!
Common excuse. Easily fixed.
How many hours per day do you think you waste? If you carefully planned your day and optimized each hour productively, you wouldn’t be wasting any.
I’ll make this post quick and to the point so you can stop reading and start accomplishing your goals immediately. We all have things to do each day. If you write them all down, you’ll see that there is a perfect order and method to accomplishing everything in half the time.
So why am I telling you this? Easy. The more time you have each day, the fewer excuses you have to skip your workouts!
Want to know how to squeeze more hours out of your day? Here’s the rundown:
Write down all the things you need to do on a daily basis. By “all the things” I mean everything. Meals, workouts, daily errands, commutes, personal hygiene – everything that takes time.
Throw this all into a Microsoft Word (a popular word processing program) document. Leave some pace next to each item on the list.
Leave a bunch of blank space for all of the temporary items that you need to do each day underneath the items on your list that are regular occurrences.
Print up about 100 copies of this and get it professionally bound.
Use this as your daily to do list. Go down the list every day and check off everything as you do it. If it takes time, include it on your list.
Oh! I almost forgot…
Make your workouts a necessity each day you’ve got one scheduled. In addition, you’ll get way more done every day. The good part? You’ll get more time to relax!
Get in shape AND be able to have more free time. What could be better?
