  • Tennis Elbow and the Dreaded Pyramid Set

    It’s been an extremely busy week full of photo shoots, speaking gigs and updates to WorkoutBOX – so our weekly Q & A was a day late.

    (I also want to personally apologize for the sound quality if a few spots in these videos. Our wireless lav mics are very touchy, and I’m usually fairly animated when I talk, so I think I must have brushed by the mic a few times. That said, you should be able to hear everything fine – despite a little annoying crackling from time to time.)
