    Support - We all know what we SHOULD be doing to lose weight.  But very few people do the things required! This is because of a lack of discipline.  So its essential you get your self a support person. Someone who will make you accountable for your actions, so you can get the results you want.

    Training programs – Get your self a comprehensive training program……

    The best kind of training program is one that’s specific to your personal needs and fitness level.  There are heaps of ways of getting a training program.  The most common way is going to your local gym or fitness center and meeting with a trainer.  However, most will  give you a generic exercise routine, usually something like…

    Chest/Back/Legs for 3 sets and 10 reps and 15 minutes on the treadmill.

    Oh! and then you would be charged between $50-$100+ depending on how exclusive your fitness center is!
