Seasonal Affective Disorder, Misc.
This WorkoutBOX Weekly Update is from the road, so the background is a bit different than usual. It was pretty nice and toasty warm, so it’s going to be tough to go back to the old one!

Don’t be safe, be S.A.F.E.
With as much as we’ve got in the pipeline, I feel like this is one of our best Weekly Updates yet.Everyone has been asking about the new system. When will it be up? When can we start using it? We’re almost there – but we’re going to need some of you to help us test it. If you wanna find out how, check out the video below.
In addition, I see a few members now and then saying how they’ve skipped certain parts of their program because they were exhausted or because they want to be “safe” and not push it too hard.

Our Thoughts on P90X and Insanity
I realize I promised you all a weekly update right from the photoshoot this week, but things may run a little late, then I have to go straight from there to a speaking engagement at a nearby University – so there may not be a whole lot of time to upload anything. That said, I promise to have some footage from the shoot in next week’s update!
One of the members of our Facebook group asked me what I think about P90X and Insanity – which are two programs owned by one of our competitors.
I think I was expected to bash them, but I try to be objective as I can. The thing I think they do best is marketing, but I’ve got no doubt that their programs have gotten people some decent results. That said, I’d put any of ours up against any of theirs any day!
Check out what else I have to say about them here:

Changes, Photo Shoots and Travel
Hey WorkoutBOXers!
Today’s WorkoutBOX weekly update talks a little more about the new system and the changes that we’ll be making over the next month or two.
I also talk a little bit about my travel plans for the next few months, and I give a little insight into prepping the body for a photo shoot.
Yes, I know my hair is a little messy, but the content is pretty solid. Check it out!

The Future of WorkoutBOX
2011 is going to be a great year for all of us. I’ve been saying for a while that we’ve got a lot of really cool things in store for you guys, and I’m more excited about them than ever.I want to announce ALL of them on this blog post, but I’m going start with just one…
Video Content
The first thing we’re going to be doing is changing the way we give you tips on the blog. Instead of giving you helpful tips and tricks in written format like we have in the past, we’ve decided to shift to video content.
Here’s how it’s going to work:
We’re starting with a weekly video blog. The first episode will announce some of the other additions we’re going to be launching for you in the coming months. Each subsequent episode will give you a look inside WorkoutBOX, my life, my workouts, etc.
