I realize I promised you all a weekly update right from the photoshoot this week, but things may run a little late, then I have to go straight from there to a speaking engagement at a nearby University – so there may not be a whole lot of time to upload anything. That said, I promise to have some footage from the shoot in next week’s update!
One of the members of our Facebook group asked me what I think about P90X and Insanity – which are two programs owned by one of our competitors.
I think I was expected to bash them, but I try to be objective as I can. The thing I think they do best is marketing, but I’ve got no doubt that their programs have gotten people some decent results. That said, I’d put any of ours up against any of theirs any day!Found this post useful and want more? Subscribe to our Blog feed
