Body Raise, Hanging Steps:
Hang from a pull up bar with hands in the neutral position
|
With a slight bend in the knees, flex at the hips to raise the legs to waist height
|
At this point, tip the upper body backwards so it's parallel to the ground
|
Legs will be pointing towards the ceiling
|
Straighten the knees & point the toes to the ceiling
|
Return to the start position
|
