Crunch, Hands to Floor Steps:
Lie on your back on a gym mat with knees bent & feet firmly placed on the floor
|
Place the hands flat on the floor either side
|
Tense the abdominals and curl the shoulders & chest towards the knees
|
Keep the hands flat and slide them along the floor whilst performing the crunch
|
Make sure the lower back stays in contact with the mat
|
Lower back down to the beginning
|
