Crunch, Iron Cross Steps:

Step 1:
Lie on your back with one arm extended and off the ground

Step 2:
Both legs extended and off the ground

Step 3:
Place the opposite hand to the side of your head

Step 4:
Crunch up and bring the bent elbow to meet the opposite knee

Step 5:
This is one repetition

Step 6:
Perform all reps on one side

Step 7:
Repeat for the opposite side to complete the set
