Crunch, Knee Hug

This crunch is an effective exercise for developing the abs, and is performed by executing a v sit up and hugging the knees at the top. This version of the crunch helps to develop balance and coordination. Crunch, Knee Hug Steps:

Step 1:
Lie flat on your back with arms stretched out each side

Step 2:
Flex at the hips & bend the knees to raise the legs and torso off the floor

Step 3:
Bring the arms up to hug the knees

Step 4:
Pause at the mid point and then return back to the start position

Step 5:
This is one repetition
