Crunch, Leg Climb

The leg climb crunch is an effective exercise for developing the abs, and is performed by extending one leg up and climbing up it while contracting the abs. It's also a great stretch for the hamstrings. Below you'll find a video guide and step by step instructions that describes the correct technique for the leg climb crunch exercise.

Crunch, Leg Climb Steps:

Step 1:
Lie flat on your back on a gym mat with legs straight

Step 2:
Raise one leg up whilst keeping the other flat

Step 3:
Take hold of the raised leg below the knee with both hands

Step 4:
Walk the hands up the leg to the ankle & back down again

Step 5:
This is one repetition
