Foam Roller, Abs Steps:

Step 1:
Assume plank position over a foam roller, with the roller positioned at the abdominals.

Step 2:
Lower the body onto the foam roller, and slowly walk yourself back and forth, maintaining abdominal pressure on the roller.

Step 3:
Continue for the allotted time.
