Full Crunch, Medicine Ball Steps:
Lie flat on your back on a gym mat, holding a suitably weighted medicine ball
|
Extend your arms out straight up behind the head holding the ball
|
With the arms straight move the ball from behind the head to above the torso
|
Simultaneously curl the upper torso towards the knees whilst exhaling
|
Ensue the shoulders and upper back are just raised off the floor
|
Pause briefly, then slowly return to the start position with the arms extended above the head
|
