Leg Lift, Knee Hug

The Knee Hug Leg Lift is an effective exercise for strengthening and developing the abdominal muscles. Make sure to extend your legs all the way and then hug your legs as you bring them up to your chest. Below you will find a video tutorial and step by step instructions on how to perform the Knee Hug Leg Lift.

Leg Lift, Knee Hug Steps:

Step 1:
Lie flat on the floor with the knees extended

Step 2:
Lift your legs off the floor and bring them towards your torso

Step 3:
Hug the knees while crunching the pelvis to the rib cage. Contract the abs hard.

Step 4:
Lower your legs back to the start position
