Russian Twist Steps:

Step 1:
Sit on a gym mat & place both hands together

Step 2:
Maintain your center of balance & raise the feet off the floor to balance on the buttocks

Step 3:
Place your hands out in front of you

Step 4:
Twist the torso to the left and then to the right as far as you can

Step 5:
This is one repetition
