V Sit Up, Double Up Steps:
Lie flat on your back on a gym mat, arms straight behind the head
|
Flex at the hips & bend the knees to raise the legs and torso off the floor
|
Bring the arms up to meet the knees
|
Pause at the mid point and then return back to the start position
|
Legs and arms straight, flex at the hips, raise the legs and torso off the floor
|
Touch the toes with the hands
|
Return back to the starting position
|
