Step 1:
Kneeling on the ground and leaning over an exercise ball, grasp a barbell.

Step 2:
Flex the bicep hard and bend at the elbow.

Step 3:
Relax the bicep and lower the arm.

Step 4:
Repeat for all required reps, then switch arms.
