Bicep Curl, Cable, Lying, Rope Steps:

Step 1:
Lie on the floor and grasp a mid-height cable with a rope attachment in both hands

Step 2:
Fire the biceps hard and flex the elbows to curl the weight toward your face.

Step 3:
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.

Step 4:
Repeat for all required reps.
