Bicep Curl, Cable, Overhand Grip Steps:
Grasp a low cable with a straight bar attachment in both hands
|
Fire the biceps hard and flex the elbows to curl the weight upward.
|
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.
|
Repeat for all required reps.
