Bicep Curl, Cable, Rope Steps:

Step 1:
Grasp a low cable with a rope attachment in both hands.

Step 2:
Fire the biceps hard and flex the elbows to curl the weight upward.

Step 3:
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.

Step 4:
Repeat for all required reps.
