Bicep Curl, Cable, Seated, Single Arm Steps:

Step 1:
Seated on a bench or chair, grasp a low cable with a single arm attachment.

Step 2:
Fire the bicep hard and flex the elbow to curl the weight toward your chin.

Step 3:
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.

Step 4:
Repeat for all required reps.
