The Single Arm Bicep Cable Curl is an effective exercise for strengthening the biceps. Using an overhand grip with work the biceps as well as the forearms. Bicep Curl, Cable, Single Arm, Overhand Grip Steps:

Step 1:
Standing up straight, grasp a low cable with a single grip attachment.

Step 2:
Rotate the grip so the palm faces the floor.

Step 3:
Fire the bicep hard and flex the elbow to curl the weight toward your chin.

Step 4:
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.

Step 5:
Repeat for all required reps.
