The Cable Bicep Curl is an effective exercise for strengthening the biceps. The V bar handle will work your biceps as well as your forearms. Below you will find a video tutorial and step by step instructions on how to perform the Cable Bicep Curl.

Bicep Curl, Cable, V Bar Steps:

Step 1:
Grasp a low cable with a V bar attachment in both hands.

Step 2:
Fire the biceps hard and flex the elbows to curl the weight upward.

Step 3:
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.

Step 4:
Repeat for all required reps.
