The Barbell Bicep Curl on an exercise ball is a modification on the preacher curl. The bicep curl against the exercise ball is a great way to isolate the biceps. Bicep Curl, Curl Bar, Exercise Ball Steps:
Kneeling on the ground and leaning over an exercise ball, grasp a curl bar with both hands.
|
Flex the biceps hard and bend at the elbows.
|
Relax the biceps and lower the arms.
|
Repeat for all required reps.
