The Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curl is an effective exercise for strengthening the biceps. Using a reverse grip will work the biceps as well as the forearms. Bicep Curl, Dumbbell, Alternating, Reverse Grip Steps:
Standing up straight, grasp a dumbbell in each hand.
|
Start with the hands pronated.
|
Fire the bicep hard and flex one elbow to curl the weight toward your chin.
|
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.
|
Switch arms and repeat. Repeat for all required reps.
