Bicep Curl, Dumbbell, Single Arm, Exercise Ball Steps:

Step 1:
Kneeling behind an exercise ball, place your torso across the ball and grip a dumbbell in one hand.

Step 2:
Extend the elbow over the ball.

Step 3:
Fire the bicep hard and flex the elbow to curl the weight toward your face.

Step 4:
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.

Step 5:
Repeat for all required reps.
