Bicep Curl, Lying, Straight Bar, Overhand Grip Steps:
Lie on the floor and grasp a mid-height cable with a straight bar attachment in both hands.
|
Rotate your grip so that your palms face the ceiling.
|
Fire the biceps hard and flex the elbows to curl the weight toward your face.
|
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.
|
Repeat for all required reps.
