Bicep Curl, Lying, Single Arm, Overhand Grip Steps:
Lie on the floor and grasp a mid-height cable with a single hand attachment.
|
Rotate your grip so the palm faces the ceiling.
|
Fire the bicep hard and flex the elbow to curl the weight toward your face.
|
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.
|
Repeat for all required reps.
