Tricep Kickback, Dumbbell, Bench Steps:
With your right knee and right arm on a bench and your back flat and lordotic, grasp a dumbbell with your left hand
|
Look straight ahead, and flex your left elbow so that your upper arm is parallel with your torso
|
Extend your elbow without moving your upper arm and contract your tricep hard
|
Flex the elbow and return to the start position
|
Repeat for all required reps
|
