Preacher Curl, Barbell, Exercise Ball, Kneeling |
Type: Arms |
The preacher curl is an isolation exercise that targets the biceps. Using an exercise ball eliminates the need for a specialist preacher curl bench and enables you to do this exercise almost anywhere.
