Bottom Half Bicep Curl, Dumbbell Steps:

Step 1:
Standing up straight, grasp a dumbbell in each hand.

Step 2:
Start with the hands supinated

Step 3:
Fire the biceps hard and flex the elbows to curl the weight toward your chin, stopping at 90 degree flexion

Step 4:
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.

Step 5:
Repeat for all required reps.
