Forearm Curl

The Forearm Curl is a an effective forearm exercise that strengthens and builds the forearm muscles. This exercise completely isolates the forearm muscles. Below you will find a video tutorial and step by step instructions on how to perform the Forearm Curl.

Forearm Curl Steps:

Step 1:
Standing up straight, grasp a dumbbell in one hand.

Step 2:
With a supinated grip, fire the forearm flexor hard and curl the wrist upward.

Step 3:
Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.

Step 4:
Repeat for the other arm. Repeat for all required reps.
