The preacher curl is an isolation exercise that targets the biceps. Using an exercise ball eliminates the need for a specialist preacher curl bench and enables you to do this exercise almost anywhere.

Preacher Curl, Dumbbell, Exercise Ball, Kneeling Steps:
Position yourself kneeling behind an exercise ball.
|
Lean over the top of the ball and take hold of a pair of dumbbells with an underhand grip.
|
Using the circumference of the ball as a support for the arms, curl the dumbbells up towards the shoulders.
|
Pause briefly, then extend the elbows to straighten the arms and lower to the start position.
|
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
