Static Bicep Curls, Dumbbell Steps:
Standing up straight, grasp a dumbbell in each hand.
|
Fire the biceps hard and flex the elbow to curl the weight toward your chin slightly.
|
Pause after 1/3 of the range of motion for 1-2 seconds.
|
Proceed to perform another 1/3 of the range of motion, followed by another pause.
|
Return to the start position in the same way as you rose, pausing 3 times.
|
Repeat for all required reps.
|
