Bent Over Row, Cable, Straight Bar, Reverse Grip Steps:

Step 1:
Grasp a cable straight bar and bend at the waist. Keep the back lordotic.

Step 2:
With a supinated grip, pull the weight toward your abdomen and fire your lats hard.

Step 3:
Return to the start position.

Step 4:
Repeat for all required reps.
