Bent Over Row, Dumbbell, Alternating, Reverse Grip Steps:

Step 1:
Standing with a dumbbell in each hand, bend at the waist at 45 degrees

Step 2:
With the palms facing up, contract the shoulder blades together

Step 3:
Pull the dumbbells back towards your chest one at a time and contract the lats even more

Step 4:
Lower your arms and back to the start position
