Bent Over Row, Dumbbell, Neutral Grip Steps:
Take hold of a dumbbell in each hand
|
Maintain a slight bend in the knees
|
With the back straight bend forward at the hips to approximately 45 deg
|
Rotate the hands so the palms face each other
|
Pull the dumbbells in towards the stomach by bending the elbows
|
Retract the shoulders blades at the end of the move
|
Pause briefly and lower the dumbbells back to the start
|
