Cable Pullover, Straight Arm |
Type: Back |
The straight arm version of the lat pulldown targets all the major muscles in the back as well as the triceps and to a lesser degree the chest. It requires good core strength to perform the exercise correctly, so beginners should use a light weight to start with and focus on technique.
