Plank Row, Dumbbell Steps:

Step 1:
Adopt the extended pushup position with a dumbbell in each hand

Step 2:
Position the feet to approximately shoulder width

Step 3:
Tense your core abdominal muscles and maintain a straight back

Step 4:
Row one dumbbell up towards the chest by bending the elbow

Step 5:
Maintain balance and a straight back throughout the move

Step 6:
Return to the start position & repeat for the other arm

Step 7:
This is one repetition
