Seated Row Machine, Overhand Grip Steps:

Step 1:
While sitting on a row machine with your back flat, set the machine so your arms are able to fully extend in front of you

Step 2:
Squeeze your lats together hard and pull the bar toward your chest as far as possible

Step 3:
Extend your elbows and return the bar to the starting position

Step 4:
Repeat this for all required reps
