Squat, Medicine Ball Twist, Low to High Steps:
Use a medicine ball that is heavy enough to almost work you to failure after each set.
Place it to the right of your feet. Flex at the hips and bend your knees to pick up the ball. It is important to maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
Using both hands stand up with the ball at arms length, rotate at the hips and raise up to the left side.
Repeat for the opposite side.
