Bench Press, Barbell, Narrow Grip Steps:
Lying on a bench with the feet up, and grasp the bar with a narrow, pronated grip.
|
Lower the bar slowly toward the middle of the chest.
|
Fire the pecs and triceps hard and press to the ceiling, returning to the start position.
|
Repeat for all required reps.
