Bench Press, Dumbbell, Neutral Grip

The Dumbbell Bench Press is an effective exercise for developing the chest muscles. The dumbbells will isolate the muscles more effectively than a barbell. Bench Press, Dumbbell, Neutral Grip Steps:

Step 1:
Lying on a bench with the feet up, and grasp a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip.

Step 2:
Lower the weights slowly toward the chest, letting your elbows slightly flare out.

Step 3:
Fire the pecs hard and press to the ceiling, returning to the start position.

Step 4:
Repeat for all required reps.
