Bench Press, Dumbbell, Twisting Grip Steps:
Lying on a bench with the feet up, and grasp a dumbbell in each hand with a supinated grip.
|
Lower the weights slowly toward the chest, letting your elbows flare out.
|
Rotate your grip to protated.
|
Fire the pecs hard and press to the ceiling, returning to the start position and rotating your grip back to supinated.
|
Repeat for all required reps.
|
