Chest Press, Cable, Incline, Alternating Steps:
Standing up straight, grasp two cable handles in each hand. Be sure the plane of movement and angle of pull is at hip height or below.
|
Extend one arm diagonally upward, firing the chest hard.
|
Return to the start position, then repeat for the other arm.
|
Repeat for all required reps.
