Push Up, Dive Bomber Steps:
Position the feet at about shoulder width.
|
Place the hands at shoulder width on the floor in front of you at face level
|
Bend at the elbows to bring the face towards the hands
|
Push through straightening the arms & roll the hips forwards arching the back to bring the head up
|
Top Tip:When pushing through keep your hips close to the ground and your hands directly beneath your shoulders,
